It started with checking out new coupons available for Mobikwik. I found that there is an active coupon MOBISBI running on MobiKwik, so I thought of recharging my wallet. This is what I did the damn wrong thing. I should have refrained myself from fake MobiKwik app.

As per the coupon, I will get cashback of 10% on recharging wallet with maximum cashback of Rs. 75. So I added Rs 750 to my wallet and waited for the cashback which did not come.

Then, I created a ticket on MobiKwik's Pathetic Customer Support. Now, one should know that they never reply to your ticket unless you ask them to do so on Facebook/Twitter. :D

As you can see, they clearly replied that since I have already redeemed the code, so I am not eligible for this.

If that was the case, then I should have been informed about this at the time of applying the coupon. At the time of transaction, coupon was applied successfully. After transaction, they simply said that I am not eligible for this.

So, again I needed that extra push and I took the screenshot of successful "coupon applied" screen and posted it on their twitter. Yes, they reply and respond only when you post your query on their twitter. Only creating Support ticket will never get any reply.

Finally, after putting so much of effort and creating so many tweets and facebook posts, I got the cashback.


Only having coupon code will not work in case of mobikwik, you also need to fight with them on their social pages. 

This is the mantra you need! :D
